LEGAL CONSENT

Thank you for agreeing to participate in Jeldrop‘s user experience research (the “Research”).  The information that you provide during an Interview is used for Jeldrop internal research purposes only. By participating in the Research, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”).

You grant permission to Jeldrop to take and use video or sound recordings of you during the Research, understand the recordings may be copied and used by Jeldrop without further permission, and relinquish any rights to the recording(s). Additionally, you agree that, without limitation, all feedback, evaluation, and any other suggestions and comments that you provide during the Research (collectively, “Feedback”) will be the exclusive property of Jeldrop. 

You understand and agree that the Interview and all other materials and information related to the Research that may be provided to you and any other participant is confidential to, and constitute the valuable property of, Jeldrop, including without limitation, the Research terms and conditions, non-public information regarding Jeldrop’s work, strategies, systems, programs, products, business plans and research (collectively, “Confidential Information”). By participating in the Research, you acknowledge and agree that you will not share or disclose any Confidential Information with any third party without the prior written consent of Jeldrop. 

You hereby release all claims against Jeldrop now or in the future arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Research, and use of Feedback, including, without limitation, claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, false light, libel or infringement or misappropriation of moral rights, rights of publicity, life rights or copyright. You understand and agree that Jeldrop is not obligated to use any of the Feedback or to make use of any of the rights granted herein.

You represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Selecting the checkmark on the forthcoming page indicates that you have reviewed the Agreement and agree to the terms set forth herein.
